When will my order be shipped?
Orders typically take 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed (made and packaged). Please note that every order is handmade in small batches and hand packaged. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive confirmation.
- Shipping via USPS First Class (typically takes between 1-5 business days)
- Shipping via USPS Priority Mail (typically takes between 1-3 business days)
My package is marked Delivered, why have I not received it?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it. You can first double check that you have provided the correct address (including apt/suite # if applicable). If your address is correct, you must address this concern with USPS. We have no control over packages once they are with USPS.
Natural Glow Hair & Body is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the courier, thus we will not issue a refund.
Is processing and shipping the same?
Processing time is the duration of time it takes for your order to be made and packaged. Orders typically take 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed. Please keep in mind that every order is handmade in small batches and hand packaged.
Shipping time occurs after your order has been processed. This is the time it takes once your order has left our facility and is on its way to you or its destination.
Which shipping service do you use?
All Packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services).
Do you ship International?
We are currenly only shipping within the U.S. We are not shipping international at the moment; however, this is likely to change in the future. Please follow us on social media and subscribe to our website for updates.
What should I do if my body butter arrives melted?
Please note that due to the blend of natural oils and butters, whipped body butters may melt when exposed to warm temperatures. If this occurs, place body butter in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes until it gets firm. During colder temperatures, our whipped body butters are subject to a little more firmness.
Note: If your body butter arrives slightly melted, you may follow the directions above. However, if it arrives fully melted, please see our policy on melted butter.
Why is my body butter firm?

How long will my body butter last?
Since our body butters are naturally made with no preservatives, they can last up to one year. Be sure to keep them away from heat and direct sunlight.
When will I see hair growth results?
Results vary from person to person. Some customers see results within the first 2 weeks of using the Hair Growth Booster. However, we recommend that you use it for at least 3 months consistently. Since everyone's hair grows at different rates, we want to be sure to provide realistic timeframes.
Can I add additional items to my order once it is completed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add additional products to the order once it is completed.
