Shipping policy
By placing an order with Natural Glow Hair & Body, you are accepting our Shipping Policy. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to finalizing your order. This way, we can answer any questions or concerns.
Please note that every order is handmade in small batches and hand packaged. We work diligently to ensure the quality of our products. Given this, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed before it is shipped. This includes priority shipping.
Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS. Transit time can range between 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method. Once the tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email provided at check out.
- Shipping via USPS First Class (typically takes between 1-5 business days)
- Shipping via USPS Ground (typically takes between 2-5 business days)
- Shipping via USPS Priority Mail (typically takes between 1-3 business days)
Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been accepted by the post office, Natural Glow Hair & Body is not responsible for delays, delivery times, or carrier related issues.
Processing time vs Shipping time
Processing time is the duration of time it takes for your order to be made and packaged. Orders typically take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed. Please keep in mind that every order is handmade in small batches and hand packaged.
Shipping time occurs after your order has been processed. This is the time it takes once your order has left our facility and is on its way to its destination.
Delays/Holidays/Inclement Weather, COVID etc.
Once your order has been shipped, Natural Glow Hair & Body is not responsible for delays on your package due to holidays, inclement weather, COVID, post office issues, etc. If your package is delayed, we ask that you contact USPS directly.
Where We Ship
We currently only ship within the United States. We are not shipping international at the moment; however, this is likely to change in the future. Please follow us on social media and subscribe to our website for updates.
Invalid Addresses
Please ensure that you review your shipping information for accuracy, prior to completing your purchase. Natural Glow Hair & Body is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is important that you include all address details (including apt/suite #).
Please note that refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, your order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you would like your order to be reshipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
If Natural Glow Hair & Body is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the customer, we will try to contact you via-email. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
Lost / Stolen / Missing Package
Once Natural Glow Hair & Body ships your order, you will be informed of how to track your delivery. We recommend that you track your package to get an idea of when it will be delivered. Natural Glow Hair & Body is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If you believe that your package is lost, stolen, or misplaced, please file the appropriate claims with USPS. Natural Glow Hair & Body will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
Damaged Product
We ensure that our products are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging and shipping. Although, we are not responsible for damaged items once it has been shipped, please contact us if your items arrive damaged. If you contact us via email naturalglowhairbody@gmail.com within 2 days of your package arriving damaged, provide extensive photos/videos evidence of the damage, we will find the best solution for this issue.
